Is the World Going to Slow Down?

Those who want to learn how to cope with speed, information overload, and the "to do" list can be facilitated by RRYou (REFRESH Revives You).

RRYou is an easy to learn breath, stretch, and mindfulness routine that connects mind, body, and emotions for optimal wellness-happiness and learning performances.  The routine can be practiced in the privacy of one's work space and/or in groups in 5 to25-minute segments.  This routine does not take the place of regular exercise.  It is specifically designed for the workaday and school worlds to increase open-heartedness to maintain focus and productivity.

RRYou

  • Quiets and refreshes the mind
  • Relaxes the nervous system
  • Brings the heart to resting rate
  • Relieves acute/chronic aches and pains
  • Reinvigorates individuals to get on with their day
  • Calms individuals to sleep restfully

Coalition for Emotional Literacy (CEL) and OceanaBodywork are interested in researching the impact of RRYou on adults in business, school, medical, and other environments.  If you are interested in collaborating, please contact Gayle.

Too many adults suffer from restless mind and exhausted body syndromes.  To appease this discomfort, many folks use legal and illegal medications.  RRYou teaches people how to work with their own minds so that they work smarter and sleep easier and lessen the need for drugs.

Gayle, Founding Director of CEL and OceanaBodywork says, "We all have minds.  We don't need to go out and buy clothing or equipment or to travel to get to our minds.  What we need is a simple connective method like RRYou to keep us on track so we don't over agitate and over exhaust ourselves.  This will keep our physical and emotional well-being stable, our personal and work lives sane, and our pocket books out of health care costs.  We'll feel good knowing how to relieve chronic and acute stress conditions and we'll feel good because we feel good.."
